Convenience through flexible interior-design! High quality material and carefully chosen colours create aesthetic warmth and vitality. The rooms provide individual relaxation at its best with style that reflects a way of life.

All rooms have unusual floor plans, individual fixtures and fittings and a high standard of exemplary sleeping and relaxation experience. Each floor has its own concept of colour. In some of the rooms you can feel the atmosphere of a Berlin apartment in the 20's.

All rooms at HOTEL 38 are equipped with bathroom (shower/wc), SAT-TV with flat screen, CD/DVD-player, hair dryer, telephone and complimentary WLAN. Some rooms have air condition, 16 rooms have shower without shower basin und two rooms are handicapped accessible. 90% of all rooms are located towards the inner courtyard or the backyard which guarantees a pleasant stay.

Kids under the age of 10 are only free of charge when the sleep in the same bed as their parents!

kids under the age of two will be charged EUR 5,00 when they sleep in a baby cot of the hotel. Other kids or any other adults who are sleeping in a camp bed in the same room will be charged EUR 36,00 per person and night.

In some rooms we have enough space for camp beds or baby cots. These extras can be used when requested and confirmed by Hotel 38.

The Hotel 38 is a typical city hotel and especially furnished. Some rooms don't have closets. If you stay for more than a weekend and you like to have a closet, please let us know.
